I always complain that I don't have enough time to do all things as a lot of people do. Thus, I have though of three ways for you to use your time more efficiently. They are: use a timetable, choose important things to do first, and do two things at the same time. First of all, you may organize your time into a lot of sections. Each section should not be more than two hours because people can't concentrate on one thing for a long time. There should be a little break between each section. Also, break time should not be more than twenty minutes because people won't want to come back to work after a long break. The most important thing is not to continue working when the time is over, otherwise it will mess up your schedule. You can remain an hour or two so that you will have extra time to do the work you could not finish before. The next way is to do the most significant or important thing first. You can list all the things you are going to do that day, then put them in sequence from the most important to the least. Follow the sequence so you always finish the most important things first. If you don't have time to finish them all, at least you will have done the most important ones. The last way for you to use your time more efficiently is try to do two things at the same time. It doesn't mean to watch the television and do your homework at the same time. It means try to do other things while you are doing unimportant things. For example, you can read while you are waiting for bus. The main point is not to do two important things at the same time or you won't be able to do them all. Since you have learned three ways to manage your time, I believe you will have enough time to do everything. Whether you use a timetable, choose important things to do, or do two things at the same time. Remember to concentrate on what you are doing. Hence, all of your text and things can be completed better and more quickly.
