"I Love You" is a dessert. It's a kind of Chinese rice ball soup, but it's a little bit different from the traditional ones. Here, I'd like to make a simple comparison between them. In traditional rice ball soup, the rice balls have a diameter of about two inches. Usually, a bowl of traditional sweet rice ball soup has four to five rice balls. A rice ball of " I Love You" has only one third the size of a traditional one. So a bowl of "I Love You" has more then fifteen rice balls. The traditional way of making rice balls requires us to grind sesames first, then mix them with sugar before wrap them with glutinous rice flour. It's easier to make rice balls of "I Love You". Because we only need a piece of chocolate, cut it into small cubes, then wrap them. The taste of traditional sweet rice ball soup is rather monotonous. The aroma of the sesames is nice, but the taste is verymuch sweet. You'll feel sated before you begin to eat the forth rice ball. "I Love You" tastes marvelous. The fascinating scent of chocolate, the temperate sweetness of flavor and the softness of glutinous rice flour give you a romantic feeling. "I Love You" is my favourite dessert. It's easy to cook and it tastes good. I'm sure you will enjoy it if you try it. May 16, 2000
