Nowadays, people are more concerned about their figures. Men who have strong muscles look more attractive to the girls. Obviously, a nice figure can give a person confidence. That's why gyms are always crowded on the weekend. However, not everyone can get a satisfactory result from his effort unless he follows a scientific way of training. This article will focus on a possible way of body building. I hope it will help you to improve your figure.

First, when you decide to improve your figure, you must realize what you want to do is hard work, and it may last for a long time. You should make sure that you will never give up. Then, you need to find a gym. The gym should not be too far from your house, your school or your working place, so that you don't have to waste much time on the way there. For the first time you go to the exercise room, you should get familiar with the equipment first. Usually, there are directions pasted on each machine telling you how to use it. If not, you could ask someone who knows it well and make sure you will not be hurt in training.

You need to make a training schedule. Most people go to the gym regularly. If you are a beginner, I suggest you to go there three times a week. The length of each training time depends on the current condition of your physical strength. Generally, each training time should not be longer than two hours, or your muscle may feel too tired.

Many body builders train two or three muscles in a training time, and different muscles for different training times. Therefore, they train all the major muscles in one week. This is a good way to develop your body completely. For every muscle, you can chose three or four actions to train it, because different actions give the muscles different stimulations, so they will be developed faster. Beginners are suggested to do 4 sets for each action. For each set, you should do 8 to 15 repetitions. It is good to change the weight for different sets. For example, if you want to do 4 sets for one action, and you use 10kg in the first set to warm up, then you can use 12kg in the second, 15kg in the third and 20kg in the last set. This helps you to improve your strength. After training, you can relax your tense muscles by doing relaxing movements.

Replenishing is another important step of muscle growth. It's good for you to eat 30 minutes after the training time because it's the best time for your body to absorb nutrient. Enough sleep will relax your muscles, as it is a necessary step of muscle growth.
