I teach various pre-technical communication courses at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.  Each term that I work in the International program, I have the students create an assignment for the Internet.  The goal of the task is to demonstrate some of the important concepts we learned about technical writing.  The following topics were selected by the students themselves and the final text was delivered to me on disc or by email.  I pasted the work to this website without further correction.  We began studying during January and ended on April 15, 2005.
