We are international students studying in Vancouver, British Columbia. Our group met in Room 201 of the NE1 Building at the BC Institue of Technology. We arrived for class at eight o'clock in the morning!

We had many technical and business writing tasks during the course. Special attention was given to sentence and paragraph structures. We now realize that planning is an extremely important part of the writing process. We created tables, classification trees, and used other pre-writing strategies. Weekly writing assignments covered many different topics and included work on descriptions, comparisions, justifications, and instructions.

Additionally, we wrote these assignments specifically for an international audience for this Internet site. We wanted to share our views with friends and family. We hope that you enjoy this opportunity to learn more about us.
