We attended classes at BCIT. We met in Room #201 of NE1 at the Burnaby campus. We started classes on September 14th. Even with the faculty strike, we managed to take our final exam on December 16, 1999!

We completed various writing tasks during the course. We created tables, classification trees, and used other pre-writing strategies. Twelve, formal writing assignments covered many different topics and included work on descriptions, comparisions, justifications, and instructions.

These assignments were handed to our teacher on disks or sent by email. Dennis Hurd thought that we would be careful if writing for a global audience on the Internet!
