How to Keep Your Skin Ageless

In the modern life, more and more people care about how to keep their skin looking young. If you want to have your own path to beauty, you should follow these suggestions which I learned from my friend, Alice, who was an experienced beauty consultant. The skin maintenance can be divided into three aspects: having plenty of sleep, cleaning and replenishing skin, and eating healthy food.

First, you should have plenty of sleep. You should go to bed before 11:00 pm because it's good to your physiology routine. Before you go to bed, don't drink tea or coffee; or it will make you excited. Adequate sleep will make you look more radiant and peppy.

Second, you should clean and replenish your skin in the morning and evening. Use a cleanser to remove your make up. It is as important to your skin as regular brushing is to your teeth. It is getting rid of the dust particles, impurities and pollutants that have built up during the day. It's also about releasing tension and eliminating fatigue. Next, spray purifying toner to refresh your face and complete your cleansing routine. Then, apply eye-cream around your eyes to get rid of wrinkles. Finally, apply daily lotion to your face for nourishing hydration. It fortifies and restores balance to your skin. Have a facial once a week to deep clean and moisturize your face. Your skin will be smooth and silky to touch.

Third, you should eat healthy food. Drink a lot of water daily to give your body the moisture it needs. Eat fresh vegetables and fruit to get enough vitamins. A well-moisturized skin positively glows with health. You will keep your skin resist the effects of aging.

In conclusion, if you follow these beauty tips, you will stay young looking for a longer time.
